Order Flow

How to order

In addition to ordering from the shopping cart, we accept orders by e-mail, telephone, and fax.

Shipping method and shipping charges

We will select the most appropriate shipping method according to the size and weight of the product and deliver it by one of the following methods.

If you have any preferences or specifications for shipping methods, please indicate them in the “Order Notes” field when you place your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that we are unable to accept your delivery time zone preference for Yu-mail. Please understand this in advance.

• Shipping is free for purchases of 20,000 yen or more.
• We do not accept delivery to temporary accommodation (hotels/inns, etc.) or airports.

Specifying the delivery time

You can choose your preferred time zone.
(Morning/ 2pm-4pm/ 4pm-6pm/ 6pm-8pm/ 7pm-9pm)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions. Please contact the shipping company directly for details.

Payment Methods

As a general rule, we require an advance payment except for customers who have been doing business with us for a long time.
Please pay within one week (within 30 days for deferred payment).
After the deadline, your order will be cancelled.

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club are accepted.

After confirming inventory and shipping charges, we will send you an invoice email.
After payment is confirmed, items are usually shipped within 2 business days.

QR code payment

PayPay, d-payment, au PAY, Melpay, Rakuten Pay, and UnionPay (UnionPay) are accepted.

PayPal Settlement

Bank transfer

After confirming inventory and shipping charges, we will send you an invoice email.
After confirming payment, items are usually shipped within 2 business days.

• Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
• If the name of the payee is different from the name of the order, please inform us of the name of the payee in advance.

Cash on delivery (Yamato Transport)

After confirming inventory and shipping charges, we will contact you by e-mail.
We usually ship within 2 business days after the email notification.
To prevent problems with the delivery address, we accept cash on delivery only when the order is delivered to the address of the person who placed the order.
If your address is different from the delivery address, please select credit card payment or bank transfer.

• We will pay the cash on delivery fee.

Postal transfer (postpaid)

After confirming inventory and shipping charges, we will contact you by e-mail.
We usually ship within 2 business days after the email notification.

Over-the-counter payment

We will contact you by e-mail after checking the inventory.
The layaway period is limited to one week. If you are unable to come within the week, please contact us.

Payment at public expense

We accept bill payment (deferred payment) from public funds from educational institutions such as universities, and cultural facilities such as libraries and museums.
Please select “Public Expenses” during the order process and inform us of the documents you require (address, date, postage handling, etc.).
Payment dates are subject to the rules and regulations of your organization.

Return Policy

If there are any defects not mentioned in the product description, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
Please contact us within one week after receiving the product.

Beware of fraudulent sites and high resale prices!

Currently, we have confirmed the existence of a fraudulent website that uses our name and product information without permission and pretends to be a legitimate sales site.
